Omg, the swimming pools at this place are like a dream! so relaxing 🌊. The rooms were spacious but check-out staff had an attitude 😒. Overall, good stay.

I recently stayed at a family-friendly hotel in a bustling tourist area. The beach was great for relaxation and the water park offered some fun. The food options were varied and tasty. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The pools were a nice touch, especially for families. it was a good place to stay with plenty of things to do. I even tried my hand at the water slides! And let's just say, my Canadian politeness came in handy when navigating the crowded breakfast buffet.

The staff at Casa Maya made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, the food was delicious, and the beach was perfect for kids. The tour company was helpful, shout-out to Angel, Oscar, and Juan. I appreciated the focus on cleanliness, safety, and the extra activities for kids. The view from the room was stunning, and emergency services were prompt when my daughter got hurt. Beach access, entertainment, and nearby landmarks like Parroquia de Cristo Resucitado made our family stay memorable while the spa and relaxation facilities added to our enjoyment.

Picture-perfect waffles, stunning beachfront location, and friendly staff adding that extra salsa to our stay. Cons: The bathroom time-traveled back a few decades, in need of some TLC. Service was as slow-paced as a lazy siesta, making our foodie adventures a bit of a waiting game. Despite these quirks, Casa Maya's charm and allure are worth savoring.

The room was spacious and the cleaning service was excellent, with fresh towels and sheets provided daily. The beach restaurant with live Mexican music added a nice touch to our evenings. Despite some minor cons, our overall experience was pleasant and we would consider staying again.

During my business trip to Cancun, I had the opportunity to stay at Casa Maya, a hotel chosen by my director. I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic array of recreational amenities available. The 2 outdoor swimming pools provided a refreshing way to unwind after a long day of meetings, and the outdoor tennis courts offered a great way to stay active. Additionally, the 24-hour fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to stick to my exercise routine even while traveling.

I did have a problem with my room.

The hotel has a great beach location with clean and shallow waters, perfect for families. the breakfast setup in the indoor restaurant was well-organized and clean. However, improvements could be made in terms of service staff asking for tips and limited indoor dining options for lunch and dinner. the overall stay was enjoyable, with upgraded rooms, fast check-in/out process, and friendly staff adding to the positive experience.

The hotel in Cancun had its ups and downs. The spacious suite was comfortable, efficient check-in, and pleasant pool. Despite issues, the beach view from the junior suite was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was good.

Loved the spacious suite with a kitchenette and walk-in closet, pool is great with beach access, and the friendly staff. Adjacent restaurants play loud music, but the beach area is tranquil. Only downside was the mild pressure for daily time share presentations, but easy to decline. 🌴

Unforgettable Water Park Experience: During my stay, we had a blast at the water park located right on the best beach at the hotel zone. It was like entering a whole new world of fun and exhilaration, with slides that made us feel like adventurous pirates on a thrilling quest!

Hola amigos! The room was huge and comfy, the beach lovely for kids. However, the outdated rooms and underwhelming restaurant fell short. Still, good value for money and the helpful breakfast staff made up for it. ¡Gracias!

The pool was great and there were plenty of beach chairs available. The best thing was definitely the convenience store onsite, which saved us when we forgot to pack sunscreen. we recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

We had a fantastic time during our New Year's vacation! the first thing we loved about our stay was the amazing pool and beach area. There were always staff members available to take our food and drink orders, and the location was perfect for exploring both the hotel zone and downtown area. Another great advantage was the central location, making it easy to get around Cancun and visit different attractions.

There were a couple of things that we didn't enjoy about our stay. we were disappointed to find out that the water park pictured in the hotel's photos was actually a separate property and not accessible to guests.

we stayed at casa maya and it was a wonderful experience. the studio was spacious with comfy beds. we loved the option of lounging at the pool or the beach, both with available beds. the friendly staff and good breakfast choices made our mornings enjoyable. the hotel offers excellent facilities like restaurants, a large pool, hot tub, and even an aqua park nearby. we especially appreciated the attentive dining staff who made our meals memorable.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Maya in Cancun. the hotel had everything we needed - a convenient store, large pool, spacious rooms with ocean and lagoon views, and a friendly staff. Ignacio at the front desk was especially attentive and helpful. the location was perfect, right on the beach and away from the busyness of the Hotel Zone. We loved the simplicity of our sea view room and the housekeeping service was excellent. Highly recommend Casa Maya for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a basic, clean room with amenities like an iron and hair dryer. The kitchenette was a convenient addition. Despite being a bit far from the zona hotelera, it was easily accessible by bus. The pool was well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty Mexican and continental options, with made-to-order eggs and quesadillas. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Julio, our pool/beach waiter, was so attentive and made our day by the pool/beach fun. the hotel was cozy and had a modern, functional, and artistic look. the staff were professional and always happy to serve. the food was excellent, and the beach was impeccable. the hotel's ideal location allowed us to easily explore the shopping malls and town center in Cancun. it was a dream hotel, and we'll definitely be back!

Having recently stayed at this hotel in Cancun, I must say my overall experience was great! the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our room was always clean and comfortable. the room service was excellent, and any issues we encountered were promptly addressed by the staff the next morning. the location right on the beach was unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy access to the sunbeds. the pool area was well-maintained, and the waterpark nearby was a hit with my family. the staff really made our stay special with their warm and welcoming attitude.

While our stay was mostly wonderful, there were a couple of things that could be improved. One area that stood out was the outdated furnishings in the rooms, which could benefit from an upgrade.

The junior suite at Casa Maya was incredible - the spacious room, the comfortable sofa, and the well-fitted kitchen made us feel right at home. The terrace overlooking the sea was the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee.

The flat-screen TV was a bit small for our liking.

We loved the amazing location of this hotel. It was perfect for bigger groups of friends as there was a playground for the kids and plenty of space for relaxation. The shallow, clear blue water and beautiful view from our room on the 8th floor were incredible. Having a kitchen was a huge plus.

We were thrilled with the magnificent location of this hotel. It is situated right on a beautiful white sandy beach where we had access to sun loungers and beach umbrellas that were all set up and ready for us to enjoy. Also, this place offered 24-hour room service, off-site car park, and luggage storage, which were just perfect.

Our family had an amazing time at a family hotel in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone with a long stretch of beautiful beach perfect for the kids. The two heated pools were ideal for both adults and children, providing unlimited fun in a family-friendly atmosphere.

My wife says that there could be more shaded areas by the pools for families with small children.

It felt like having a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. I also liked that there was a small food market on the property, which made it convenient to find basic food and household items. the location was fantastic, with easy access to a private beach and pools. It was great to have a few restaurants in the pool area as well.

There were some aspects that I didn't enjoy as much. the carpeted floors, old textiles on the couch and armchairs, and rusty bathtub were not up to par.
